This is the latest technology in minimally invasive surgery. It has multiple features that make it superior to conventional laparoscopic surgery. This is why it is my preferred approach for most cases. It gives me more control and more range of motion compared to other techniques. Not only can I perform basic surgeries with precision which makes it safer for the patient, it allows me to perform more complex operations that would otherwise need to be done with open surgery.
